Rapid response
Our 24-hour control centre at CMG Rescue Service's Newport Pagnell headquarters uses a sophisticated computer system to ensure a rapid response to a call for breakdown assistance. Real-time tracking means that you can be given accurate updates on the location and ETA of assistance vehicles, whilst in-cab satellite navigation equipment helps the operator to reach the stricken vehicle as quickly as possible thus minimising the delay to your driver and their passengers or load.

Professionally trained staff
CMG Rescue Services' breakdown technicians are fully trained in the repair of all types of vehicles, and are equipped with spares and tools to resolve the vast majority of breakdowns they attend - approximately 85% of all vehicle faults are rectified at the roadside. The company is committed to providing a quality service and is accredited to ISO Quality Standards, PAS43, and Highways Sector Scheme standards; all these ensure that we work to the very high standards required helping us to help you in the knowledge that we are the best at what we do.

Spares for most repairs
As well as the wide variety of spares that are always carried by the assistance vehicles, a comprehensive range of replacement parts are available either at base or locally sourced. Additionally, non-stock items are available from contracted suppliers should they be required at any time of the day or night.

Recovery when roadside repair is not possible
In the event that the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, CMG Rescue Services will recover the vehicle to your choice of destination. In the case of coaches and PSVs, passenger continuation can be arranged if required. For hauliers CMG Rescue Services offers load transhipment or replacement units or trailers as appropriate.
