Rapid Response
The 24-hour control centre at CMG's Newport Pagnell headquarters uses a sophisticated computer system to ensure a rapid response to a call for breakdown assistance. Real-time tracking means that you can be given accurate updates on the location and ETA of assistance vehicles, whilst in-cab satellite navigation equipment helps the mechanic to reach you as quickly as possible thus minimising the delay to your journey. As with any forward thinking company these processes and equipment are always being updated as technology offer new opportunities.

Professionally trained staff
CMG's Roadside Assistance technicians are fully trained in the repair of all types of vehicles, and are equipped with spares and tools to resolve the vast majority of breakdowns they attend - approximately 85% of all vehicle faults are rectified at the roadside. The company is committed to providing a quality service and is accredited to ISO Quality Standards, PAS43, Highways Sector Scheme and Environmental Standards; all these ensure that we work to the very high standards required, helping us to help you in the knowledge that we are the best at what we do.

Recovery when roadside repair is not possible
In the event that your vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, CMG Rescue Services will recover your vehicle, as well as you and your passengers in comfort and safety, to your destination. Should immediate onward transportation not be possible, customers are offered a courtesy car, enabling them to continue on their journey. Their own vehicle is then delivered to the agreed destination within the next 72 hours, at which point the courtesy car is collected.
