CMG Rescue Services offers a specialist local and long-distance service of heavy rescue and recovery throughout the UK and Europe for the whole transport sector, commercial vehicle dealers and all motoring organisations with a commercial interest. Our company also provides 24-hour nationwide and continental recovery for coach and PSV operators and coach dealers and repairers.

At CMG Rescue Services we have been at the forefront of the development and use of underlift equipment to ensure zero damage to vehicle body components since the early 1980s, when the company was one of the first operators to utilise new Swedish underlift equipment. Particular care is taken to ensure that all recoveries are carried out within the legal requirements of C&U Regulations, and all operators are trained to Institute of Vehicle Recovery VR Modular standards.

With their reliability, speed, competitive pricing and attention to individual needs, CMG Rescue Services offers one-call convenience to save firms and organisations time, cost and aggravation. Armed with the latest computer diagnosis equipment and a vast range of auxiliary spares, our highly trained and dedicated roadside team will try to rectify a broken-down vehicle at the roadside. Where roadside repair is not possible CMG Rescue Services will organise local, national or international recovery to the required destination. In addition, CMG Rescue Services provides recovery services for heavy vehicles and coach/PSV vehicles as required by the motor trade.

Road works, contra-flow on or off the strategic road network
CMG Rescue Services offers a comprehensive service using its vast fleet of vehicles to assist road building, construction and repair contractors in managing their contracts. We perform the task of emergency cover for all types of vehicles that have broken down or become stranded in the works. CMG Rescue Services has attained the required HSSD17 and HSSD17b standards

At CMG Rescue Services we are working hard to lower our carbon footprint and minimise our impact on the environment without affecting the very high level of service we offer our customers. We are doing this through careful selection of new vehicles we purchase. We are looking to maximum fuel efficiency with absolute minimum in emissions, and are even looking at alternative-fuel vehicles. We run real time tracking to ensure most efficient route planning and use multi car transport vehicles to avoid several trucks running to similar destinations. All our vehicles use speed limiters. In our office environment we actively encourage rubbish segregation to achieve high levels or re-cycling which in turn has reduced our waste disposal costs. Our entire staff base help towards suggesting methods of improvement towards our carbon footprint, for us this process will continue to evolve.
