Control Centre Operator
Taking the logging jobs from our customers, dispatching to our operators, coordinating jobs, dealing with sub-contractors, maximising efficiency, dealing direct with customers, motoring organisations, Police forces other recovery organisations and our operators.

Recovery Operators
Heavy Recovery - dealing with roadside assistance jobs from a service van or recoveries using a heavy recovery vehicle. Good mechanical skills and an HGV1 licence required.

Light Recovery - dealing with roadside assistance and local tows generally but some longer distance tows may be required. A C+E licence is required.

Transporter Driver - Transporting vehicles and passengers across the UK and occasionally Europe. Good customer service skills needed and a C+E licence preferable, however on occasions positions arise requiring just a C!+E licence.

All operators, recovery and control are trained to IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) standards and are given 1 year's membership of the IVR on successful completion of their first course.
